Riverside Arts Center is excited to bring a robust season of exhibitions to Ypsilanti.
We have two galleries spread throughout our facility: our North Gallery in the lower level of the north building, and our new 8 Walls Gallery: a micro-gallery that is designed to exhibit solo 2D artists. located in the Off-Center
Hours
The North Gallery is open on Fridays, 1 – 5 pm, during exhibitions.
Additional open hours will be announced on social media and posted on the webpage of the current exhibition, which can be found below.
Visits to the gallery outside of open hours can be made by appointment. To schedule your visit, email us at info@riversidearts.org, or call 734.480.2787 (ARTS) during office hours.


This September starts with a smash with the opening of two exhibitions: “Layered Conversations,” our Artist in Residence exhibition, and the Washtenaw Community College Faculty Exhibition.
Riverside’s Holiday Art Fair returns this November 23rd and 24th! Get your holiday shopping done early at this juried fair of 62 vendors.
This year, we are proud to partner with Washtenaw Community College, Ypsilanti Community Schools, and the African American Cultural and Historical Museum of Washtenaw County to bring you art reflective of our beautiful community.

Interdependence
We live on a big planet that is feeling smaller and smaller with the advancement of technology. However, we are all connected beyond technology and what we do has a ripple effect. The artists in this exhibition represented visually how they perceive Interdependence as humans, as diverse species, as ecosystems, as a planet.
Ypsilanti Community Schools

Riverside Arts Center is proud to showcase the talent and creativity of students attending Ypsilanti Community Schools. Kindergarten through through high school students will exhibit in the North Gallery.
